Teak Wood Sculpture on Base, Bleached

Carefully selected end-cuts of teak wood are given new life in the Teak Wood Sculpture. We do not change the wood from its original form when we source it; in fact, this illustrates how our stance at Phillips Collection is to use every piece of wood we find, even when others would view them as castaways. The fact that they are affixed to metal bases adds an additional natural element to the organic look, these sculptures have truly become works of art.
