Mother Nature was out to beat the abstract expressionists at their own game when she conceived the Abstract Wood Sculpture. We left the piece of natural wood alone except to level off the bottom so we could affix it steadily to the black base. It will be a conversation starter when introduced into a room because it's a strapping 64-inches tall. The fluidity of its shape and its contemporary vibe exemplifies the Phillips Collection ethos of modern organic.
